How to Package Your Carriage Clock.
The below are instructions on how to safely package and send your carriage clock to us.
Please do not send us the winding key
If you have paid for us to send out packaging.
1) You will receive a box containing-
Inflated Anti-Shock Air Pouch
‘Handle With Care’ and ‘This Way Up’ Stickers
Two Copies of the ‘Booking In Form’ (one for you to keep and one to send back with the clock so we know whose clock it is)
A Luggage Tag With Your Repair Number
A Return Address Sticker with The Workshops Address On
2) Tie the luggage tag to the handle of your carriage clock (if no handle insert in the back door or tape to one of the glasses, do not tape to the metal)
3) Place the clock in the anti-shock air pouch. If the clock has broken glass ensure any loose bits are first removed if safe to do so.
4) Place the clock and the workshop copy of the booking form in the box.
5) Seal the box with some parcel tape.
6) Attach the stickers and return address label to the box, ensuring the return address label covers the postage label with your address on.

If you have not selected for us to send you packaging
If you have not selected the option for us to post out packaging then we recommend you use a box at least 2 inches in every dimension bigger than the clock you are posting this way you can have at least 1 inch of packaging on each side of the clock.
Wrap the clock in bubble wrap and ensure the clock is unable to slide out.
Please print off the repair booking form we have sent you, or include a luggage tag attached to the clock with the repair number on, your name, a contact number or email, and a return address.
